The institution operates in the Hungarian House in Subotica. Its programs are produced by more than 80 employees and about 50 honorees. In addition to journalists, they work as cameramen, editors, broadcasters, sound technicians, broadcast editors, production managers and administrative staff. A significant proportion of reporters and editors have tertiary education. The majority of employees are under 35 years old. Pannon RTV is a dynamically developing media house that regularly reports on major events throughout Vojvodina and the mainland, as well as news from Europe and the world. Pannon RTV is a media sponsor of many cultural events. It broadcasts live the prominent political, public and cultural events and festive events of the Hungarians of Vojvodina (among others, the meetings of the Hungarian National Council, the handover of the Pataki Ring Award,
Pannon RTV's correspondence network covers the whole of Vojvodina, and its reporters also work in Belgrade and Budapest.
Pannon Television and Radio is the southern media correspondent of the Hungarian public media, MTVA ( Media Services Support and Asset Management Fund ). It regularly sends materials (reports, reports, interviews) to the programs of m1, Duna and Kossuth Rádió, and provides a live connection between Budapest and Subotica. An average of one hundred material appears from Vojvodina in Hungarian broadcasts every month. In addition to public media, several rural TVs and radios are partners with Pannon RTV.
One of the important missions of Pannon RTV is to promote the Hungarian-Serbian dialogue. He also publishes the main news on the Internet in Serbian, subtitling some of his programs in Serbian and those in Serbian in Hungarian. His reports appear regularly on Serbian public television. One of the important goals of the media house is to present the European Union to the Vojvodina audience. To this end, it also broadcasts thematic programs.
RTV's technical base was renovated in February 2014. Thanks to this, the media house can work in HD quality, in terms of studio technology it can practically function as a Vojvodina television with the most modern technical equipment, and it is also possible to have a live connection between Subotica and Budapest. The renovation was carried out with the help of MTVA.
Pannon Television, Pannon Radio and Hungarian Radio in Subotica are operated by a non-governmental organization called the Pannonia Foundation, which was established in 2005 with the primary goal of developing Hungarian-language information in Vojvodina and contributing to the survival of the Vojvodina Hungarian community. On July 30, 2010, the Hungarian National Council became the co-founder of the Pannonia Fund.
